Hyperon Ultra is the new Campagnolo wheel designed for the most refined and demanding cyclists. A wheel that embodies the true perfection of the product, fruit of the unparalleled experience Campagnolo. To create this jewel Campagnolo has brought together the knowledge of its engineers and the most experienced testers, as well as the feedback of professional cyclists. The result is a new set of road bike wheels with a perfect mix of features: lightweight construction, unparalleled responsiveness and superior handling. Campagnolo has taken H.U.L.C. molding technology and C-LUX finish to the extreme to make the Hyperon Ultra beautiful to look at and light on the scale. With the aim of enhancing the riding sensations and performance of the cyclist, unparalleled responsiveness has been obtained thanks to the new Head-2-Bay system, created to have the high-precision coupling between the spoke head and the hub, on which the very smooth CULT bearings and a new N3W body in a lightened version are applied. To make it easy to handle, they relied on the historical know-how Campagnolo applying the famous Aero-MoMag technology to the Hyperon Ultra wheels: a choice that brings aerodynamic advantages and offers a better aesthetic result. The rims integrate proven 2-Way Fit technology with the undrilled upper deck. Their special construction with single junction point guarantees and increases even more the stiffness of the wheel system. With the internal channel 21mm wide and a 37mm profile, Hyperon Ultra is a wheel that adapts to the needs of the most demanding cyclists and that enhances the aesthetics of each bicycle.

The rims of the new Hyperon Ultra are printed with the latest technology Campagnolo H.U.L.C. which is the result of over 25 years of experience in carbon molding. This technology guarantees the dimensional optimization of the rims, of the ratio between carbon fiber and resin, helping to increase rigidity and resistance.

The C-LUX mirror finish creates a surface so smooth that it does not require painting, resulting in weight savings. C-LUX's scientific precision also helps to create the safest possible seat for tubeless, increasing sealing and ease of assembly/disassembly, as well as reducing the risk of damage to the heels of the covers.

With the Head-2-Bay system, the high-precision coupling between the beam head and the hub has been optimized to avoid inelastic deformation of the spokes. This innovative technology introduces a high load management system to reduce the risk of damage, ensuring perfectly balanced beam tension and the correct transfer of rider power to the road.

The N3W Light bodice is designed to accommodate 11, 12 and 13 speed cassettes with 9, 10 and 11 teeth starting sprockets. The lightweight design, combined with the high smoothness of the CULT bearings and extreme torsional rigidity, offers maximum control of performance.

An acronym for Ceramic Ultimate Level Technology, CULT bearings offer a significant improvement over all others. The key to the outstanding performance of CULT bearings lies in the use of the highest quality materials in a hybrid construction.

Ceramic balls with a high degree of roundness and resistance rotate inside polymer cages on wear-resistant stainless steel tracks, which maximize the efficiency and durability of the bearings, requiring maximum periodic cleaning and light lubrication with synthetic oil.

Our Aero Mo-Mag technology takes aerodynamics to the next level. The internal seats for the nipples, made of fiberglass reinforced polymer, ensure perfect alignment with the rays, reducing stress on the system components. The innovative construction makes it possible to lighten the wheels and optimize their aerodynamics.

The profile of the rear rim is asymmetrical to allow superior control of stiffness and optimal tension management, so as to ensure maximum safety and handling in every corner.

The single-junction Campagnolo circle construction reduces the number of potential weaknesses by means of a single melting point compared to the four typically used in the industry. The rim is therefore extremely rigid and, thanks to the use of aerospace-grade carbon, incredibly robust and resistant to damage.
