If the products purchased through our site do not meet your needs (except in cases of normal deterioration), you can return your order and request a refund or an item exchange.

The cost of shipping for the withdrawal of the goods is entirely charged to the customer.
We do not take responsibility for shipments lost or sent to wrong addresses.
RETURN POLICY
You can get a full refund (except for any shipping costs) by returning the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. If the return takes place outside the aforementioned period or if the item shows signs of wear / damage or is not returned in the original packaging, CAVALIERE BICI will not accept the return and will not make any refund. The return of clothing is accepted only in the presence of the original label / tag and the purchase receipt. The return of shoes is accepted only in the presence of the original label/tag, the box and the purchase receipt.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Defective products will be inspected by our staff and the cost of the product will be refunded if the damage results from a manufacturing defect or a deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully reimburse the cost of defective products or replace them with a product of equal value.
If the problem was caused by reasons unrelated to the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will send you the original product back. We do not refund products:
1. damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustics, open flames, high heat, sharp objects, machine washing, etc.)
2. damaged by improper use or activities other than those for which they are intended.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To return a product follow the instructions:
Download the return form, which must be completed in its entirety and included in the package at the time of return.
Obligatory insert the original receipt, if you need a refund. Without the latter it is possible to have only an online voucher or the replacement of the product.
Be sure to ship the item in its original packaging, including the original label/tag in the case of clothing items and with the box in the case of a pair of shoes. In both cases, proof of purchase must also be sent.
We recommend using a service that provides package tracking, such as SDA, TNT, BRT or other carrier. You can then use the courier's online location service, to know when we will have received your package.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and under his responsibility.
Cavaliere Bici., after receiving the product and verifying the integrity of the same, will refund the customer only the price of the product. Between the receipt of the returned product in stock and the refund, even 10 working days may pass, necessary for taking charge and processing the return.
REFUNDS
The duration of transit on the way of the goods returned by you is not in our control, but as soon as we receive the return we will process it as soon as possible.
After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the items sent, through the method you used when ordering. Indicatively it takes a couple of days from the time of the cancellation for the credit on the Credit Card and about 10 working days from the moment in which the transfer is made for reimbursement by bank transfer ( Legislative Decree 206/2005).
