If the products purchased through our site do not meet your needs (except in cases of normal deterioration), you can return your order and request a refund or exchange.
You can return purchases made on cavalierebici.it within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Download the Returns form and follow the instructions.
The cost of shipping for returned goods is entirely borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments.


RETURN CRITERIA

You can obtain a full refund (excluding any shipping costs) by returning the purchased goods within 14 days of delivery. If the return occurs outside of this period, or if the item shows signs of wear/damage, or is not returned in its original packaging, CAVALIERE BICI will not accept the return and will not issue a refund. Returns of clothing will only be accepted if the original label/tag and receipt are present. Returns of shoes will only be accepted if the original label/tag, box, and receipt are present.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective products will be inspected by our staff and the cost of the product will be refunded if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or a deviation from factory specifications. We promise to fully refund the cost of any defective products or replace them with a product of equal value.

If the problem was caused by reasons unrelated to the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will resend the original product. We do not refund products:

1. damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flames, high heat, sharp objects, machine washing, etc.)

2. damaged by improper use or activities other than those for which they are intended.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return a product, follow these instructions:

Download the return form, which must be filled out in its entirety and included in the package when returning the item.

You must include the original receipt if you require a refund. Without it, you will only be able to receive an online voucher or a replacement product.

Please ensure you ship the item in its original packaging, including the original label/tag for clothing and the box for shoes. In both cases, proof of purchase must also be included.

We recommend using a service that provides package tracking, such as SDA, TNT, BRT, or another courier . You can then use the courier's online tracking service to find out when we've received your package.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cavaliere Bici. , after receiving the product and verifying its integrity, will refund the customer only the price of the product. It may take up to 10 business days between the time the returned product arrives at the warehouse and the refund, as this is necessary for the return to be processed.

REFUNDS

The transit time of your returned goods is beyond our control, but once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the items you sent using the same method you used when placing the order. It typically takes a couple of days from the time of the refund to credit your credit card, and about 10 business days from the time the bank transfer is made for a refund via bank transfer (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
