Leotards

The motor of the bicycle is represented by our legs and as such needs to work in certain conditions and with precise temperatures. In winter it is important to keep the head, the extremities of the body and even the limbs warm, to avoid muscle trauma and allow the whole body to behave at its best. The energy that is used to thermoregulate itself cannot be used elsewhere: helping the body not to disperse its heat therefore means increasing the resources available for performance in training.
