Maxxis Cover Reaver 700x40c EXO TR Tanwall Black/Para

Reaver is the brand new Maxxis tyre designed for Gravel competitions. The basso tread design profile uses diamond knurling to reduce rolling resistance and improve grip in dusty or slippery environments. Spatula plugs in groups of three provide extra grip in case of hard braking. The side caps are spaced apart and are offset to ensure continuity when cornering. There is a groove between the side caps to allow them to flex and conform to the ground, improving traction. Reaver is ideal for riders as it is faster, lighter and even stronger than Rambler. In mixed conditions Rambler is more versatile, but if offroad speed is the number one priority, Reaver is the best choice.
