The ceramicspeed Oversized Pulley Wheels system has proven to be the fastest pulley system in the world. OSPW ceramicspeed systems are an industry-leading product, trusted by world champions and top athletes around the world. This OSPW system has hand-built ceramicspeed bearings installed in each pulley and comes with a 4-year warranty as standard and a lifetime warranty when choosing coated bearings. The system is equipped with a 13-tooth upper pulley and a 19-tooth lower pulley for absolute optimization of the rear derailleur. Oversized aluminum upper and lower pulleys are equipped with standard or coated ceramicspeed bearings, so they last 3-5 times longer than standard pulleys commonly used on the market.

Please note that while there are visual similarities in the 9100 OSPW series and the 9200 OSPW series, the spring tension settings, rotation stop tower positioning and mounting pin depth are slightly repositioned and as such the systems are not compatible with each other.

For 8100 derailleurs, the cage uses the factory derailleur body washer. 9200 derailleurs require the new derailleur body washer included.

Maintenance

When it comes to maintaining your OSPW system, it's important to keep your ceramic bearings well lubricated at all times to ensure the best performance and maximum longevity. To do this it is recommended to add a sufficient amount of oil through the predetermined lubrication points on the inner plate of the cage, so that the oil can penetrate optimally into the bearing. It is advisable to carry out this procedure when lubricating the chain, after washing la bici or after outings with adverse weather conditions.
