The front wheels are designed to maximize stability at the vento cross. A rider's stability on the bike, especially in time trials and triathlons, is critical to aerodynamic efficiency and overall performance. The rear wheels are designed to recover airflow as it passes from the front to the rear of the bike, which minimizes drag.
OPTIMIZED TUBELESS
Increased speed, comfort, grip and puncture resistance – what's wrong with road tubeless? By choosing a high-performance tire at the right pressure, you can achieve lower rolling resistance and more speed. Tubeless also allows you to use much lower inflation pressures for much greater comfort, traction, and efficiency, especially on rough road surfaces and gravel, all without sacrificing speed. The risk of pinch flats and, with sealant, punctures from debris is virtually eliminated. Tubeless represents the pinnacle of road wheel and tire performance, and the hookless bead design plays a significant role. A hookless rim design allows for machined metal tooling to establish a precise and uniform bead seat diameter that meets ETRTO's defined requirements. Such a precision fit between the tubeless tire bead and the rim bead seat ensures air and tire retention.
