CLIMA X2 is a waterproof and breathable all-mountain shoe that will not give up when riding conditions become less favorable.
As the seasons change, with routes that can be wet and muddy even long after the rain has stopped, every off-road cyclist needs a shoe that can cope with all conditions – to push the ride further, up and down the hill, facing dry or wet terrain, both on and off the bike. Clima X2 is ready for all this and much more, three seasons of the year.
The construction of the Climate X2 allows you to adapt to these conditions. It features a waterproof lining that also allows water vapor to escape, helping to regulate temperature and improve comfort. The outer of the upper offers protection from the elements: its durable ripstop layer fabric resists tearing and tearing. Laminated PU toe cap and side reinforcements add extra protection and durability, while the integrated stocking-like knitted gaiter seals dust and debris.
The sturdy Velcro strap quickly and firmly attaches to the instep, while the BOA-controlled adjustment provides a micro-tunable fit for the forefoot area.
The X2 sole expresses the versatility of these shoes: designed to offer an optimal balance between efficient pedaling performance and flexibility for comfort and control, inside and outside la bici, so cyclists are covered for those moments of bike excursion.
The compressed EVA midsole offers stability and cushioning, while the Vibram Megagrip rubber tread ensures grip and traction, regardless of terrain conditions.
The design of the directional fins has been designed for secure rest on clipless pedals, with spacing and depth designed to bite the softest ground and an ideal compound for gripping on smooth rocks.
X2 has an extended cleat track, with greater setback and greater flexibility in choosing the positioning of cleats.
