It makes it easy to neatly cut metal circular rulers, dumbbells, and other tubes/tubes. There is no need to fix the workpiece to be cut in a vise, cutting is achieved by rotating the tool around the pipe and gradually turning the black knob to press the cutting wheel inwards. Cutting normally takes only a few turns. Burrs are removed from the cut using the Noga's built-in scrubbing blade.
