Our wrenches for threaded headset have a Y-head and the profile is obtained with laser cutting in order to ensure optimal and precise engagement. Laser cutting is performed after heat treatment, by means of numerical control machines. Thanks to the heat treatments performed on the key, expansion or contraction of the steel is avoided. Of course the whole process takes longer and is more expensive, but it is certainly worth it.
