In-mold construction
With in-mold construction, the tough polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in one operation.
The casco becomes more duro without any additional weight. This manufacturing process also allows for significantly better ventilation systems and
vents.
In-Mold helmets are, compared to traditional helmets, lighter and have significantly better ventilation systems.
Float-Fit Adjustment System
The most advanced casco attachment system from Bell combines comfort and safety in an ultralight design. Float Fit ™ optimizes the fit of casco
in two ways: in terms of head circumference
and vertical adjustment.
In order to reduce weight and simplify operation, the guide arms encircle the back of the head in a unique way due to the "float" design.
This puts the casco in an ideal position on the head.

MIPS
MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) is a sliding plane system inside casco that was developed to slow or prevent
the amount of energy that is transmitted to or from the head.
Excessive Ventilation
Deep vents above the forehead bring cooling air into casco, which is directed through a matrix of air channels around the head and
ensures a holistic cool climate of casco.
XT-2® Upholstery
X-Static XT2® pads are woven with silver threads. They are quick-drying and antibacterial against odors.
Because of their thermal properties, X-Static® pads give the driver a cooling feeling when it's hot and a warm feeling
when it's cold.
GoggleGuide ™
An adjustable visor system that works with goggles or sunglasses, regardless of whether the visor is mounted or removed.
