Instructions for use

Before physical activity:

Take 1 ENERGY bar about 60-90 minutes before starting the activity, accompanied by about a glass of water.

Long-term commitments: take 1 ENERGY bar at regular intervals of about 1.5-2 hours in the first part of the race or training, followed by water or Performance Thirst.

Medium-term commitments: take about 1 ENERGY bar per met a workout or race, followed by water or Performance Thirst.
