Colnago designed the thread inside the oversized bottom bracket shell to make it even stronger. With a diameter of 45 mm and a length of 82.5 mm, this movement allows you to use it with the 30 mm thru-axle. Thanks to the special ceramicspeed balls used in each bearing, this bottom bracket guarantees the highest level of quality and performance available on the market.

The clutches produced by the T45 are only 0.3 - 0.4 Watts, which means a reduction of about 75% compared to a standard movement. This was achieved thanks to the combination of raceways made of reinforced steel and ceramic balls, which are 100% smoother and 15% stronger.

To ensure the best performance, each bearing is manufactured in Denmark in regulated, ventilated locations that are isolated from any type of contamination and inspected four times during the production process to ensure that all components fit together perfectly.
