Continental TPU inner tube 28" SV60 Road

Continental's lightweight, space-saving, seven-layer TPU hose for performance-oriented road cyclists.

The ContiTPU hose is particularly light yet durable and is suitable for both on- and off-road applications. The highest quality and micrometer thickness TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is processed in seven layers to achieve the best possible air tightness and durability. The tubes remain uncolored to ensure the highest quality of material and avoid unwanted pressure losses that can be caused by color-related surface imperfections. Each ContiTPU hose undergoes manual quality control after production. The base of the valve stem is slightly tapered to improve rim grip and reduce unwanted movement while riding. The valve stem is also equipped with an internal thread that allows the use of extensions or a replacement valve core.
