MICROTEX UPPER

The Microtex upper is soft, but resistant and stable, for a comfortable and constant fit. Combined with Fizik's more advanced adjustment capabilities, this shoe delivers the precise, locked feel that runners demand.

SUPPORT AND COMFORT

A dedicated piece of the shoe upper wraps around the arch and can be precisely adjusted for a perfect fit and better plantar fascia support using the latest BOA® Li2 platform. The volume of the forefoot area can be controlled via Infinity, a characteristic feature of fit configuration. Infinity balances tension and further eliminates pressure hot spots using BOA® fabric guides. This adaptation system acts on a larger area of the shoe upper, pulling the eyelets inwards consistently from all directions for a more comfortable and supportive fit.

VOLUME CONTROL SYSTEM

The volume control system allows differentiated fit adjustments for the instep and forefoot areas, the shape and volume of which can vary widely between cyclists. Equipped with the latest BOA® Fit System Li2 platform with a smaller dial diameter and a more streamlined basso profile, riders can fine-tune the fit to their unique foot shape, ensuring maximum performance without compromising comfort.

CARBON SOLE R2

The updated Infinito also features an all-new outsole with an engineered carbon fiber layup that saves weight and offers increased stiffness. With a stiffness index of 10, this sole is the stiffest in the Fizik range. A large vent inlet and deep internal ducting provide cooling airflow, aiding temperature regulation. The positioning of the cleat is slightly further back than traditional settings to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, particularly suitable for very aggressive aerodynamic positions and forwards.
