MET Roam Mips is equipped with the MIPS-C2® brain protection system.

In the event of a fall, Mips has the function of dissipating the rotational forces of the impact, thus increasing safety.

BRAIN PROTECTION SYSTEM

The MIPS-C2® system separates the head and casco cap by means of a thin basso friction shell called

LFL - Low Friction Layer. The shell is attached to the casco by elastomers and in case of impact allows a sliding of 10-15 mm in all directions, redirecting the rotational energy of the impact.
