Enervit Gymline 100% WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE is an instant protein indicated in case of increased protein needs resulting from intense muscle and sports activity. One portion (30 g) of product prepared in accordance with the indicated modality provides 23.4 g of protein and is a source of vitamin B6 (it provides 1.4 mg corresponding to 100% of the nutrient reference values). Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

HOW TO USE

Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of 1 scoop (about 30 g) in 150 ml of still water (or semi-skimmed milk) using a shaker. We recommend up to one serving per day depending on the intensity of the activity carried out and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
