In addition to the connecting rod with the new Super Record™ gearbox, the unidirectional carbon fiber front balance is added to further reduce the weight of the component and to give an aesthetic uniformity that ennobles the incredible performance of the component symbol of the Campagnolo tradition.

The new Super Record™ 12x2 gearbox can be defined as an innovatively shaped sculpture that uses 3D Embrace technology to better wrap the smaller sprockets creating a double effect: it allows the chain to always maintain optimal traction, thus increasing the speed, power and precision of the shift and ensures that the gearbox is always kept at an optimal distance from the sprockets. The barbell has also been optimized to interface with sprockets from 11 to 32 teeth allowing you to maintain a single version for all sprocket packs offered. The upper body of the Super Record™ has been made of technopolymer reinforced with carbon fiber, contributing to the strength and lightness of the component, while the titanium screws, in addition to guaranteeing weight savings, harmonize even more with the technical-aesthetic aspect of the component.
