When pedaling in a group the hands must move quickly and without hesitation, they act on the control levers continuously, a finger often touches the brake and before the climb allows you to close the Lap and change the GPS screen to see the heart rate. Downhill you move your hands in low grip and use both fingers to pinch harder dancing between the curves and drawing perfect trajectories set with light but decisive movements.
