Zipp 202 Firecrest Tubeless Disc-brake, high technology for high-level adventures. It is a Tubeless Ready wheel that was created for asphalt but that adapts very well to uneven and dirt road surfaces. The Zipp® 202 Firecrest Tubeless retains its rim depth of 32mm for a classic feel with real aerodynamic benefits. The inner wheel width of 21 mm is aerodynamically optimised for use with 28 mm wide tyres. Its design allows you to reduce tire pressure for better grip and rolling resistance without the risk of pinching. At the heart of the 202 Firecrest Tubeless Disc-brake is a new set of durable and versatile hubs. The ZR1 DB hub offers longer bearing life and faster engagement with a central disc brake locking interface.

Firecrest
With the new Firecrest rim in the 202, 303, 404 and 808 wheels, Zipp makes the difference more than ever. Not only does it have a more aerodynamic profile than any other rim, but it improves handling with transverse vento and ride qualities.

Carbon Clincher
The Carbon Clincher technology is the result of two years of intensive engineering and testing efforts. Zipp worked in collaboration with its composite supplier to develop a special ultra-hot resin, based on materials used in motorcycles and automotive. This new resin has brought incredible improvements in the management of the heat developed during braking and has allowed all Zipp Carbon clincher wheels to pass the stringent CEN safety tests brilliantly.
