Information letter on Privacy (Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003)
Pursuant to Article 13 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree containing provisions regarding the protection of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide for the activation of the requested services will be processed by CAVALIERE GROUP SRL, the company that manages the website cavalierebici.it, adopting appropriate measures to guarantee their security and confidentiality, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation.
 
In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, this processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, and will protect your privacy and rights.
 
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we hereby provide you with the following information:
1. The data collected is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
a) establish relationships with users, in particular for the purpose of delivering purchased products by courier, sending information, and providing assistance;
b) comply with legal obligations
c) If the user wishes to receive commercial information and therefore provides explicit consent, the above data will be used to send a newsletter promoting the products marketed by cavalierebici.it.
2. The processing will be carried out using the following methods:
- data collection from the interested party
- data collection from public registers
- recording and processing on paper
- recording and processing on electronic media
- organization and maintenance of data in paper and electronic archives
- communication of data to third-party public and private entities as better described in the following point 4.
The data will be collected, processed, communicated and stored for the time strictly necessary for the obligations, purposes and tasks referred to in the previous point 1.
3. Providing personal data is optional. However, failure to provide even partial information in the fields marked with an asterisk will make it impossible for CAVALIERE GROUP SRL to fully provide the services offered through the cavalierebici.it website.
Providing your data for the purpose of sending the newsletter (letter C), point 1.) is optional, and failure to provide consent will not compromise the provision of sales and assistance services.
4. The data will be communicated to:
- external consultants to the company responsible for processing and/or consulting operations for tax substitutes
- public bodies to which the data must be communicated by law, such as social security and welfare institutions, financial offices, etc.
The communication of data will be implemented within the limits strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks and purposes referred to in the previous point 1.

3.5.1.2 Art. 7 Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when relevant, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
 
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
