Customers who place their order online will receive, at the end of the order process, an order confirmation email, including the order number. Warranty
All products we sell are covered by a minimum 24-month warranty. If a product has a problem during the warranty period, the customer is responsible only for the costs of shipping the product to our office for repair. All other costs, including shipping for final delivery to your home, are covered entirely by cavalierebici.it.
Returns and refunds
CAVALIERE GROUP SRL with registered office in Via Adige 6, 03100 Frosinone (FR), and operational headquarters in via Rione Nocelleto 6, 83025 Montemoro (AV) is the owner of the domain www.cavalierebici.it.
The contract between Cavaliere Bici and the Customer is deemed concluded upon acceptance of the order by Cavaliere Bici. This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any manner. By placing an order through any of the available methods, the Customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general and payment terms.
Receipt of the order is confirmed by cavalierebici.it via email, sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain an Order Number, which must be used in all further communications with cavalierebici.it. The message will contain all the information entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Cavaliere Bici guarantees prompt notification to the Customer.
Cavaliere Bici issues an invoice for the shipped material, sending it via email to the order holder, pursuant to art. 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.
Right of withdrawal – Product return
Purchases made on cavalierebici.it, like all remote purchases by telephone or mail order, because they occur outside of commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree 21/2014, which provides consumers with the right to withdraw.
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if dissatisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies, i.e., orders where a VAT number has been entered in the appropriate form, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term of 14 working days from receipt of the goods, a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to: Cavaliere Bici - Via Rione Nocelleto 6 - 83025 – Montoro (AV) .
The communication may also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram or email to infocavaliere@gmail.com, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.
This communication must contain the codes of the products you intend to return, as well as information on how to reimburse the expense incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank details.
The products subject to a change of heart must be returned by the consumer, accompanied by the original receipt and in substantially intact condition, to the address specified by Cavaliere Bici during the withdrawal process.
The right of withdrawal lapses entirely if the returned product is not intact, or in the event of:
absence of integral elements of the product
damage to the product due to causes other than transport
Once the goods have been received and their integrity verified, the buyer will be refunded the price paid for the returned products within 14 days, minus the shipping costs, which remain the buyer's responsibility.
Cavaliere Bici reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods.
