Features

More than 14 functions
The available functions are displayed on the large, clear and partially stylized dot matrix display. In addition to the standard data, there are functions related to altitude and cadence (optional).

Percentages
In addition to the classic altimeter functions, the BC 14.16 shows the graphic profile and the percentage of slope.

Comparison with average speed
As you pedal, you can always see an arrow pointing upwards or towards the basso indicating how fast you are going compared to the average speed. When the speed is identical, no comparison is scored.

NFC and Sigma Link
There is an integrated NFC chip. The data of a giro can be viewed directly on the smartphone. Just download the Sigma Link app on your phone and then take advantage of Near Field Communication to transfer data to the Sigma Data Center and from there you can send them to other applications such as Strava, Training Peaks, etc.

Temperature
There is an indication of the outside temperature. You will always be informed about the atmospheric temperature.

2 adjustable wheel sizes
If you have two bicycles on which to use the BC 14.16 you can set the automatic recognition of the different sizes thanks to the Bike 1 and Bike 2 function.

Statistics for the last 12 months
In addition to the total training values, the computer shows the statistics of the last 12 months. The training diary compares your monthly activities.

Integrated memory chip
Thanks to an integrated memory chip all total values are stored on the device. Even during battery change.

Low battery warning device and sensors
All on-board computers from 14.16 onwards are equipped with a low battery indicator. The battery level of the unit and the connected sensors are checked at regular intervals. When the level is basso it is indicated on the display.

Small animations help you find your way around the BC 14.16 menus.

STS wireless digital data transmission
The reliable data transmission Sigma STS (Sigma Transmission System) is based on digital coding and transmits information from cadence, speed and cardio sensors. The central unit associates the sensor data and transmits it in packet to the receivers integrated in the computer. In addition, synchronization data is sent periodically. In this way, thanks to digital transmission, any interference from external sources and other transmitters is eliminated.

New STS sensors
The new STS speed and cadence sensors are now adjustable and can be mounted parallel to the magnet. The battery compartment is housed outside, making it easier to replace it. The cadence sensor measures the instantaneous and average values.

Backlight
To simply illuminate the screen use the Light Mode function.

Maintenance interval
Thanks to the configurable range, it is possible to indicate a mileage or to which a mechanical inspection of the bicycle can be foreseen.

Large screen, small footprint
The vertical design fits the elegant design of the most modern handlebars. The display functions have been optimized thanks to the 3-line display.

Easy installation
The STS sensor with its elegant and clean design is easily mounted on the fork with the supplied o-rings and cable ties.

Raincoat
The BC 14.16 is IPX8 waterproof. This means that it withstands permanent immersion. The next ride in the rain will not be a problem!
