The RWX by NXT® lens is developed on the basis of the most advanced photochromic technology and provides the right level of protection when needed as it adapts immediately to any light intensity. From the bright sun to sunset, the lens protects your eyes from the 100% of UV rays. The photochromic molecules are directly incorporated into the polymer mass and inserted on the outermost surface of the lens, ensuring long-lasting and optimal photochromic control. In particular, the RWX by NXT® lens ensures fast kinetics both in the activation and in the lightening phase. The RWX by NXT® lens is versatile with a switch from category 1, when not activated, in the presence of lower light conditions, to category 3, if activated, in the presence of brighter conditions for the smoke version with blue mirroring. Designed specifically for high mountains, the RWX by NXT® lens on an amber base with red mirroring goes from category 2, when not activated, in the presence of lower light conditions, to category 4, if activated, in the presence of strong light conditions. In addition to the technical properties, therefore, the RWX by NXT® lens also improves the appearance of the wearer! These mirroring treatments help protect against glare thus reducing eye fatigue. In addition, the RWX by NXT® lens is subjected to an oleophobic surface treatment that causes dust and water to slip easily away from the outer surface of the lens and also prevents the formation of scratches, stains, and fingerprints.
