Forerunner 410 allows you to improve the quality of your training for both running and cycling (optional speed/cadence accessories). This advanced sports watch with GPS accurately records time, pace, distance, heart rate¹, elevation and more.

Simple to use during training...

In contrast to the training plan, the watch is extremely simple. The Forerunner 410 features an advanced touch-sensitive dial that allows you to quickly scroll and select functions while running, in all types of weather conditions.

... and once finished

When the workout is over, Forerunner 410 does not end its function. When within range of your computer, it allows you to upload your data wirelessly to the Garmin Connect™ website to go back and analyze your run at any time. It works via ANT+ ® wireless technology and is equipped with a USB Stick, eliminating the use of complicated cable connections and manual uploads.

All the data you want, how you want it

Forerunner 410 allows you to customize up to three training pages with over 30 different data types. You can also determine the number of data fields that appear on each screen (one large field and two or three small fields).

Advanced training

For additional benefits during training, you can create detailed workouts and compete with Virtual Partners® thanks to a graphic representation of the pace or speed to be achieved and the actual one. The course function allows you to race against a previously recorded activity and try to match or surpass it.

If you find it enjoyable to explore new routes, you will appreciate the basic navigation feature of the Forerunner 410 that allows you to lead you back to your starting point. Simply follow the arrow to see the distance you need to travel.

Heart rate monitoring

Some versions come with a premium heart rate monitor made of soft fabric¹ to display your heart rate in beats per minute. The watch has five heart rate zones that you can customize according to your heart rate zones. Training in certain heart rate zones improves your fitness level or allows you to compare your pace with your heart rate to your past performance on the same run. Forerunner 410 provides calorie calculation based on heart rate, allowing you to keep an accurate track of calories burned.

Storage, analysis and sharing

Having access to the data recorded by the 410 unit is almost like having a personal trainer. With wireless uploads to Garmin Connect™, our free website for data analysis and sharing, you can get the most out of it. Forerunner 410 is compatible with PC or Mac. In Garmin Connect, you can view your route on a map, heart, speed and elevation graphs, your run summary, as well as find new activities to upload as routes and more.

Fast and accurate

Forerunner 410 features high-sensitivity HotFix® satellite prediction, which allows you to quickly acquire satellites so you can start running right after you leave home. In addition, the high-sensitivity GPS receiver allows you to maintain the satellite signal even near very tall buildings or under the cover of trees or dense forest cover.
