The product allows you to create a solution of complex carbohydrates and electrolytes, useful for maintaining endurance performance during prolonged physical exercise. Pre Race Endurance provides long-chain maltodextrin, glucogenic amino acids and branched chain amino acids, capable of being metabolized at different times.

The presence of vitamins (B2, B5, B6, C and Folate) helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, while the electrolytes present (Ca, Mg, K) contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, Biotin) allow a physiological energy metabolism and Vit. B6 supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin C, at the proposed dosage of 2 sachets, contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion and protects cells from oxidative stress. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. The product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for celiac or gluten intolerance.

Directions

The product is recommended for medium-long duration sports activities (e.g.: cycling, running, marathon, cross-country skiing, cross-country swimming, or endurance activities in general). It is recommended to use the product before training or competition.

Instructions for use

We recommend using the product about 30min. before the sporting commitment.

Use 1 sachet in about 200 ml of water for medium-duration activities, 2 sachets (in about 400 ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged physical effort.

To optimize the assimilation of the product, when the outside temperature is particularly high, it is useful to drink about 200 cc of water about 10-15 minutes before the start of the performance.
