Carogna double-sided adhesive tapes have very specific adhesive properties on each side:

Semi-structural but removable on the rim side:

Adhesion is guaranteed by an industrial acrylic adhesive. When removed from the rim, the adhesive remains on the Carrion tape and not on the rim. Acrylic adhesives reliably adhere to aluminium and carbon.

Permanent on the side of the tubular tire:

A thick adhesive layer with a high viscosity of 1 mm deforms plastically and thus adapts to the tubular surface as soon as the tubular tire is inflated. This ensures an optimal adhesive contact surface. This adhesive adheres well to any type of tubular tire material (nylon, cotton, poly-cotton) or exterior finish (raw, brushed or neoprene-coated).
