Its improved formula is lighter and more compact, which makes it very resistant to punctures in the presence of a higher amount of butyl and a greater thickness of the walls. Because it retains air longer, it is a favorite among bike rental agencies.
The Freeride and Downhill tubes are particularly robust and voluminous. Their extra wall thickness effectively protects against punctures.
