HYPERWALL STRUCTURE

A new construction that improves rideability and protection from punctures at low pressures, key factors in off-road applications, especially in the most demanding and aggressive ones such as Gravity and e-MTB, for which heel strength and hip stability are fundamental pillars in performance. This innovation derived from Pirelli 's experience in Motocross presents a rubber reinforcement of increased height on both sides combined with an additional layer of fabric that connects it to the heel, stabilizing it (+10%) and protecting it and increasing the resistance to pinching by 50%. Reaching a level of solidity and stability to the loads of the rubber sidewalls typical of downhill tires, without the weight burden of a traditional bi-canvas. All this translates into lightness, tread flexibility and therefore grip and handling even at low pressures (+25%).
