The proprioceptive knee brace EPITHELIUMFLEX®01 is a patellar knee pad designed for sports. It can be worn in the painful phase to help relieve knee pain, but also as a long-term prevention.

There are many knee pathologies found in sports: chronic patellar tendonitis, lateral tendinitis, femoro-patellar or patellofemoral syndrome, fascia lata tensor syndrome, patellar subluxation, patellar chondromalacia, external or internal femoropatellar chondropathy, patellar chondropathy ... The list is long... Sometimes the doctor or coach recommends a rest, then there is recovery... But apprehension is lurking. The proprioceptive knee brace EPITHELIUMFLEX®01 helps you to regain serenity in sports practice by being forgotten.

A supportive action: Wearing the EPITHELIUMFLEX® 01 knee brace helps to alleviate patellar pathologies (patellar syndrome, patellar instability, patellar tendinopathy ...). In the event that trauma to the knee has resulted in consequences (fragility of ligaments, osteoarthritis ...), it contributes to the stability of the joint during the resumption of sports activities.

A STABILIZING ACTION: The patented silicone support rod EPITHELIUMFLEX, combined with the high-performance REFLEX® compression fabric, improves the support and stability of the knee.

SPECIFICITY: The knee brace acts in a dynamic phase accompanying the movements. It can therefore be used in prevention because it preserves muscle mass.

ERGONOMICS: Concentrated technology in less than 60g, the EPITHELIUMFLEX® 01 knee brace has been specially designed for sports (in painful periods but also in prevention). It does not slip and does not cause any discomfort behind the knee (popliteal cord). Ultra light and extremely thin, it can be worn under any type of garment.

1.ERGONOMICS: Concentrated technology in less than 60g, the EPITHELIUMFLEX® 01 knee brace has been specially designed for sports. The EPITHELIUMFLEX® 01 knee brace is suitable to be worn indifferently on the right or left knee. It does not slip and does not cause any discomfort behind the knee (popliteal cord). Extra fine, can be worn under any type of garment.

IMPORTANT! If you want to use compression leggings at the level of the calves type "Booster" place the lower elastic band of the knee pad above the leg.

2.POSITIONING OF THE KNEE BRACE

A) Bend the elastic bands outwards.

B) Fold the knee pad on itself to insert it.

C) Place the patella in the appropriate seat in the center of the "ring".

D) Unroll the upper elastic by placing the knee pad on the thigh without  tension.

E) F) Unroll the lower elastic and adapt your knee pad in an upright position .

3. SEALING

- Do not apply moisturizing cosmetics before wearing the knee brace in order to ensure optimal sealing. - If you encounter grip problems in extreme situations (rapid acceleration and deceleration sports, running with a high altitude or long distance, high temperatures), the use of a stringer over the knee pad is recommended.

IMPORTANT!

- Place the knee brace on the thigh without stretching it

- To ensure a good seal, it is necessary to wash the product after each use. Wash at least the silicone elastic band with soap and water (without rubbing) to remove all impurities.

4. MAINTENANCE:Machine wash at 30°C or by hand (without rubbing), let dry naturally. Do not iron.

5. COMPOSITION:30% silicone, 70% polyamide/elastane fabric.

6. CONTRAINDICATIONS:Do not use in case of arteritis, severe varicose veins, sequelae of phlebitis or edema (lymphatic / venous) of the leg and / or thigh so as not to hinder circulation. Do not use together with stockings. Do not use on a skin lesion.

IMPORTANT! To avoid all the risks of irritation generated by the silicone elastic band, the knee brace should not be worn in a static position, nor in a lying position (during sleep), or sitting (including travel by bus, car ...). This knee brace must be worn just a moment before your activity to be worn only in motion during sports practice.

7. PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:

• The product has undergone all the regulatory tests imposed by ISO 10 993-1 for products that come into contact with the skin. However, if a skin reaction is observed, it is advisable to stop using it immediately and inform MILLET Innovation.

• In case of painful sensation, edema or discomfort or any other abnormal reaction, stop using the product and consult a doctor.
