The Q-Rings BCD 110 Aero outer chainring Rotor for racing bikes has a 10% ovalization. The Q-Ring oval chainrings have a boost to your performance, modifying pedaling resistance depending on the natural strength and weakness of your legs. They optimize the use of the strongest muscle groups (increasing positive work) and compensate for the weakest areas of pedaling (reducing negative force).
