The ceramicspeed T47 bottom bracket for Shimano is a new bottom bracket shell design, using the oversized interface of the PF30 and EVO386, but with the benefit and peace of mind of a threaded interface. This bottom bracket allows Shimano and other 24mm diameter thru-rods to be installed in a T47 housing. Compatible with 2686 mm wide wheels.
Standard ceramicspeed bearings reduce drag by 75% compared to lower standard housings. Up to 0.3-0.4 watts per set. This is the result of a great design that includes hardened steel races and ceramic speed balls that are 100% softer and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. They also last longer.
