Gravel TPU Inner Tube NXT 700X35-45 VP 65mm
SUITABLE FOR GRAVEL, URBAN, CITY, TRACKING, ROAD etc.. PRESTA VALVE 65MM
WARNING: DO NOT INFLATE OUTSIDE THE TYRE TO MORE THAN 0.3 BAR!
TPU is an innovative thermoplastic material, it guarantees better puncture resistance, greater lightness and smoothness than common butyl.
The valve has a diameter of ~6.2 mm
COMPATIBLE WITH ALL TYPES OF BRAKES. ANY TRACES OF SEALANTS PRESENT IN TIRES AND RIMS WILL NOT DAMAGE THE NXT CAMERA.
EN - WARNINGS: 1 - Do not inflate the inner tube outside the cover except during assembly. 2 - Do not inflate the NXT inner tube at high pressure outside the tire as it can deform and irreparably damage the inner tube. MAXIMUM PRESSURE OUTSIDE THE TYRE: 0.3 BAR/ 4.5 PSI (FIG.1). You can only increase the pressure after completing the NXT tube installation procedure. 3 - Use only with tires and rims of a size compatible with the NXT inner tube. Use suitable nipple cover tape or flaps. 4 - DO NOT EXCEED THE PRESSURE LIMITS INDICATED FOR YOUR RIM AND COVER (FIG.2). It is important to check the wheel pressure before each ride. Pay attention to possible pressure increases in particularly high temperature conditions. 5 - The NXT inner tube conforms to the cover used. It is possible to reuse the NXT inner tube on other covers, only if they are of the same size. 6 - The inner tubes are subject to wear and tear. It is recommended to check its integrity periodically. If you notice obvious deformation or excessive wear, proceed with the replacement. 7 - Do not use sharp tools or metal levers when assembling or removing the NXT inner tube, as they may damage it. 8 - Do not try to remove the top of the valve as it may be damaged. The NXT inner tube valve is equipped with a fixed internal valve, which is non-removable and non-replaceable. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 1 - Check for any sharp objects inside the cover and rim and remove them if present. 2 - Check the correct positioning of the belt or nipple cover flap. (FIG.3) 3 - Inflate the NXT chamber to a MAXIMUM PRESSURE OF 0.3 BAR/4.5 PSI with the valve facing inwards (FIG.4). 4 - Fit the cover on the rim, inserting only one side inside the rim. (FIG.5). 5 - Insert the inner tube between the rim channel and the cover, starting from the valve (FIG.6). Press the valve towards the cover and insert the heel of the cover into its seat (FIG.7). Check that the valve is inserted correctly (FIG.8). 6 - Continue inserting the bead of the cover in both directions along the entire length of the rim, finishing the closure on the side opposite the valve (FIG.9). At this stage, it may be necessary to lower the pressure of the inner tube. Be careful not to close the inner tube between the rim and the edges of the cover (FIG.10). 7 - Check that the partially inflated inner tube is correctly inserted into the cover. The inner tube must not be twisted. 8 - Check that the heels of the cover are correctly inserted inside their seat, on the entire circumference of the rim and on both sides. 9 - Inflate the tyre, making sure that it is inflated evenly. In the event of a puncture that can be repaired with a patch, the inner tube can be fixed with the NXT Barbieri repair kit. Do not use conventional patches as they are not compatible with the thermoplastic material.
