NXT CHAMBER IN NEW RESISTANT THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL WITH PRESTA 45 MM VALVE

BE CAREFUL NOT TO INFLATE OUTSIDE THE TIRE TO MORE THAN 0.3 BAR!

TPU is an innovative thermoplastic material, it guarantees better puncture resistance, greater lightness and smoothness compared to common butyl.

The valve has a diameter of ~ 6.2 mm

WEIGHT 135GR

COMPATIBLE WITH ALL TYPES OF BRAKES. ANY TRACES OF SEALANTS PRESENT IN TIRES AND RIMS DO NOT DAMAGE THE NXT CHAMBER.

EN - WARNINGS: 1 - Do not inflate the inner tube outside the cover except during assembly. 2 - Do not inflate the NXT airchamber at high pressure out of the tire as it can deform and irreparably damage the inner tube. MAXIMUM PRESSURE OUTSIDE THE TYRE: 0.3 BAR/ 4.5 PSI (FIG.1). You can only increase the pressure after completing the NXT tube installation procedure. 3 - Use only with covers and rims compatible with the NXT inner tube. Use tape or flap covers suitable nipples. 4 - DO NOT EXCEED THE PRESSURE LIMITS INDICATED FOR YOUR RIM AND COVER (FIG.2). It is important to check the wheel pressure before each exit. Pay attention to possible pressure increases in conditions of particularly high temperatures. 5 - The NXT inner tube conforms to the cover used. It is possible to reuse the NXT inner tube on other covers, only if the same size is made. 6 - Inner tubes are subject to wear and tear. It is advisable to periodically check its integrity. If you notice obvious deformations or excessive wear, proceed with the replacement. 7 - Do not use sharp tools or metal levers when assembling or removing the NXT inner tube, as they may damage it. 8 - Do not try to remove the top of the valve as it may be damaged. The NXT tube valve is equipped with a fixed, non-removable and non-replaceable valve inside. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 1 - Check for any sharp objects inside the cover and circle and if present remove them. 2 - Check the correct positioning of the nipple cover tape or flap. (FIG.3) 3 - Inflate the NXT chamber to a MAXIMUM PRESSURE OF 0.3 BAR/4.5 PSI with the valve facing inwards (FIG.4). 4 - Mount the cover on the circle, inserting only one side inside the circle. (FIG.5). 5 - Insert the air chamber between the rim channel and the cover, starting from the valve (FIG.6). Press the valve towards the cover and insert the bead of the cover into its seat (FIG.7). Check the correct insertion of the valve (FIG.8). 6 - Continue inserting the cover bead in both directions along the entire length of the circle, ending the closure on the side opposite to the valve (FIG.9). At this stage it may be necessary to lower the pressure of the air chamber. Be careful not to close the inner tube between the circle and the edges of the cover (FIG.10). 7 - Check the correct insertion of the partially inflated air chamber inside the cover. The inner tube should not be twisted. 8 - Check the correct insertion of the heels of the cover inside their seat, on the entire circumference of the circle and on both sides. 9 - Inflate the tyre making sure that inflation occurs evenly. In case of a patchable puncture, you can adjust the inner tube with the NXT Barbieri repair kit. Do not use conventional patches as they are not compatible with thermoplastic material.
