An effervescent tablet is a source of vitamin C that contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion.

The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg (corresponding to 1 tablet) in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

1 effervescent tablet is also a source of:

• Niacin: which contributes to normal energy metabolism.

• Magnesium: contributes to normal muscle function.

• Pantothenic acid: contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 500 ml of still water. Take half a liter of drink for every hour of physical exertion (up to a maximum of 4 effervescent tablets per day).

WARNINGS. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.

STORAGE METHODS. It is recommended to always keep the hose tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources, direct light and humid environments.
